  • Engine swap

    My friend has a 1996 Camero 3.4 v6 and an LT1 from a
1995, can he install this engine? Will the motor
mounts match? he has the tranny and rear end to
    the LT1 as well?

Motor mounts won't match, I don't think the trans will either

Sawgrass Ford has a lot of great used cars on their lot. Look how nice some of them are:

you should buy a front suspension kit because sitting it can hold the weight but you have to take account of when you are braking or going over potholes or speedbumps

Its always better to consult a specialist for such swaps especially the OEM who can thoroughly check the feasibility of such swap. Doing it on your own might work but in the long run, complications may occur

switching Engines involves a whole lot of work and know-hows. You should seek the services of a good mechanical engineer if you don't want a malfunction after switching it yourself. My little advice though.
